- Collaborate closely with the Manager and Design team to understand project
requirements and details. - Produce detailed 2D drawings and layouts for construction projects using CAD software.
- Ensure all designs adhere to company standards and client specifications, as well as
regulatory compliance. - Revise drawings and layouts as directed by the project lead or client feedback.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide creative input to enhance design efficiency
and effectiveness. - Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all designs are accurate and up-to-date for use in project planning and presentations.
- Update continuously about the design trends and solutions, hence propose innovative
ideas to develop designs in the future

Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Engineering or
related fields - At least 2-year experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in CAD software; familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, documentation, and
specifications - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work
with multidisciplinary teams - Being open-minded and a responsibility manner in a high-pressure
environment are the must
