MEP Engineer

Project Research: Carefully study tender documents and other related docs to ensure a
proper understanding about projects
Design and Planning: Develop and design MEP, HVAC and FF systems for interior design
projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards
Project Coordination: Work closely with the design and construction teams to integrate MEP, HVAC and FF systems seamlessly into overall project plans
Technical Solutions: Provide technical support and solutions to design and construction teams, addressing any MEP-related issues that arise
Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for MEP, HVAC and FF systems, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
Vendor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely
delivery and installation of MEP, HVAC and FF components
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of MEP, HVAC and FF designs, changes, and installations, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
Innovation: Stay updated on the latest knowledge and technologies in MEP, HVAC and FF systems to continually improve our project outcomes

Diploma or degree in Construction/Civil Engineering
or related fields
At least 2-year experience as a MEP Engineer in interior
construction industry
Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
Proficiency in MEP design software and tools
Excellent team-work & problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Being open-minded and a responsibility manner in a high-pressure
environment are the must
