Han Spaces and AusCham: Driving Innovation in AI-Powered Office Interior Design and Future Growth
In the past six months, Han Spaces has been actively participating in a series of monthly networking events organized by the Australian Chamber of Commerce (AusCham), including the popular Sundowners events in key markets such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and other regions. These gatherings have served as a vital platform for Australian businesses in Vietnam to connect, stay updated on market trends, and explore new opportunities and insights. For Han Spaces, these events have offered an invaluable opportunity to introduce local and Australian businesses to innovative applications of AI in office interior design and share our commitment to sustainable business practices.
One of the standout highlights for Han Spaces at these events was our branded VR booth, which provided attendees with a unique, immersive customer experience, showcasing the intersection of technology and workspace design. This innovative touch, combined with relevant topics that resonated with market needs, helped to make our debut event with AusCham an overwhelming success, breaking attendance records.
As noted on AusCham Vietnam’s social media, “The July HCMC Sundowners Was An Absolute Record-Breaker! We were thrilled to see such an incredible turnout, making this July Sundowners the biggest ever. The energy was dynamic, and it was fantastic to see so many familiar and new faces connecting and building relationships.” AusCham Executive Director Edwin Law echoed this sentiment, stating, “With 124 guests and many positive reviews, we see it as a successful event, and thanks to Han Spaces again for the collaboration.”
In October 2024, our President, Mr Tommy Tran, was also honored to participate as a featured speaker at AusCham’s 10th Real Estate Symposium at The Global City.
Representing one of the main speakers, Han Spaces joined the expert panel discussion in Panel 1, where we exchanged insights with industry leaders from Cushman & Wakefield, RMIT University Vietnam, WORKLOUNGE 03 – VIETNAM, studio3eight, Austrade, and Avison Young. This symposium offered an exceptional opportunity for Han Spaces to gather critical insights and explore the latest trends from various perspectives across the real estate sector. Through these discussions, we gained a broader understanding of the industry landscape and strengthened our position within the business community.
In addition to networking and business collaborations, Han Spaces had the distinct honor of being invited to a meeting with the President of the Australian Senate, Ms. Sue Lines, during her visit to Vietnam. This significant occasion allowed Han Spaces to engage in discussions on business strategies and celebrate the deep cultural ties and shared values between Australia and Vietnam, marking a unique opportunity to deepen cross-cultural understanding and strengthen bilateral relationships.
The success of these events has not only expanded Han Spaces’ network with high-quality connections but also opened doors for collaborations beyond the business sphere. Notably, Han Spaces has received partnership invitations from several non-profit organizations (NPOs) for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, a testament to our shared commitment to building a better community.
Through these valuable events and collaborations, Han Spaces has gained so much—from industry insights to high-impact partnerships and an expanded network of like-minded professionals. We deeply appreciate the opportunities these connections have brought and look forward to continuing this dynamic partnership. Han Spaces is excited for what’s next and remains committed to contributing to a vibrant Australian business community in Vietnam. Stay tuned for more from us.
