Over the past six months, HAN Spaces has been actively participating in AusCham Vietnam’s monthly networking events, including the well-known Sundowners held in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and other regions. One of the most notable highlights of HAN Spaces’ engagement with AusCham was the introduction of a branded VR booth, offering an immersive experience that demonstrated how AI and virtual reality are transforming office design.

Through this experience, attendees were able to visualise office layouts, understand spatial planning, and explore design concepts in real time. This innovative approach contributed to the success of the July HCMC Sundowners, which became the largest AusCham Sundowners event on record.

AusCham Vietnam recognised the strong turnout and positive energy of the event, while Executive Director Edwin Law highlighted the collaboration and the positive feedback received from participants. These moments further reinforced HAN Spaces’ position as a leader in AI-powered office design and experiential workspace planning.

Thought Leadership at the AusCham Real Estate Symposium 2024

In October 2024, Mr. Tommy Tran was invited to participate as a featured speaker at AusCham’s 10th Real Estate Symposium, held at The Global City. Representing HAN Spaces as one of the main speakers, he joined an expert panel alongside leaders from Cushman & Wakefield, RMIT University Vietnam, Austrade, Avison Young, and other organisations.
